Druids Glen

Newtownmountkennedy, County Wicklow, Ireland

The name Druids Glen originates from the fact that a Druids Altar stands on a hillside overlooking the 12th green. Some argue it is the best inland course in Ireland. From the first to the eighteenth hole, each has an individual appeal. The mystique of Druids Glen creates an exceptional golf experience. Most memorable of all the holes is aptly named The Snake Hole. The 13th hole, a par 4 that begins from an elevated tee box and then meanders through a gorge before arriving at the green which is protected by a lake.
