Westport Golf Club, has hosted the Irish Amateur Open Close Championship and is along testing parkland course. It is located overlooking panoramic Clew Bay with Croke Patrick Mountain in the distance. There is a great variety of holes here, the most spectacular hole being the 15th, a par five where the drive has to carry an inlet of Clew Bay.
